AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Manuscripts submitted to Science Journal must be clearly written, original and of high quality. And they must comply with the guideline of the journal prior to submission. The general guidelines for manuscript preparation can be downloaded here. Authors are advised to follow the guidelines on manuscript preparation before submitting their original articles.
The maximum length for an Original Article submitted to the journal is 4000 ─ 6000 words of text (excluding title page, abstract, figures, tables and references). The tables and/or figures should be no more than six (6), and references should not exceed 50 in number. Abstract should not exceed 250 ─ 300 words. The sections of an Original Article should be arranged in the following format:
The data included in the submitted article must be original and not under consideration in another journal.

The maximum length for a Review Article is 8000 words of text (excluding title page, abstract, tables, figures and references). All review articles submitted to the journal must be original, clearly written and of high quality. The articles should be critical assessment of the literature and/or subject being discussed. Review articles and the data upon which they are written should be well searched and critically evaluated and referenced by the authors before submission. Data sources for review articles should be as current as possible. Authors should be able to indicate that the data sources and/or search for putting up the review article have been conducted several months prior to the submission of the manuscripts.
SHORT COMMUNICATIONS
The maximum length for a Short Communication is 1000 words of text (excluding title page, abstract, tables, figures and references). Short Communications are short reports of original studies that do not qualify for Original Article publication. The body of the Short Communications should be structured to follow this pattern:

Articles deemed to be case reports should only report clinical findings, observations of diseases and any recent or novel treatment. Case report articles should have the following sections:
The abstract should be unstructured, and be between 250 – 300 words. Case report articles should have a maximum length of 1200 words (excluding abstract, figures and references).

Clinical note articles are narratives that describe some important issue or issues in public health, clinical medicine, medical research, biomedical research or health policy. These issues should be articulated in a scholarly, thorough and well-referenced or evidence-based manner. The maximum length of articles that qualifies as clinical notes should be 1200 maximum. References should be a maximum of 10; and only one table / figure is acceptable. |
